(Herndon, VA –) The National Concrete Masonry Association’s (NCMA) International Concrete Exposition 2018 (ICON EXPO 2018) Machinery and Equipment Show will feature the ever-popular Featured Plant & Virtual Tour on Saturday, February 10, 2018, at 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. The tour will take place directly before the opening of the show at 10AM.

The following plants will be featured:

  • Basalite Surrey – Manufacturing in British Columbia presented by Pathfinder Systems/Tiger/Merts
  • CPM Frederickson an Oldcastle Company, Tacoma, Washington, presented by MASA
  • D’agostino Building Blocks, Inc., Schenectady, New York, presented by Besser Company
  • Firth Industries, Auckland, New Zealand, presented by Columbia Machine
  • Persimmon PLC in Doncaster, UK, presented by Rekers (NA) Inc.


“The Virtual Plant tour is a highlight of NCMA events because it gives attendees, producers and suppliers to the industry a chance to see machinery in action and learn from what others are doing worldwide,” says Pat Dubbert, Chair of the Tradeshow Subcommittee.

Refreshments will be served before and during the tour and there will also be prize drawings for producers in attendance. Must be present to win.

ICON EXPO 2018 is the only tradeshow dedicated solely to the manufactured concrete masonry and hardscape industry. ICON EXPO 2018 will include 15 hours of show time that will encompass educational programs, plant tours, hands-on demonstrations and social events.
